Whats going on???

I ordered the Lifestyle Box for 3 month Nov, December, January but only received 2x. Im still waiting for the January box and its 06 of February already...but no box.

I contacted customer service more than a week ago, NO REPLY!? I am a customer for years and this never happend to me before at this place.

Right now I am since 3 HOURS waiting for CS agent to answer the Chat, BUT NO REPLY SO FAR???

I'm very disappointed, what happend to your CS? You definitely lost a loyal customer. :(

I hope I get my money back or at least the missing box... who knows, I lost my trust.

I previously loved the Vegan Kind. In 2022 they were taken over by new people and are no longer vegan, just plant based. The whole point was you could shop and not have to spend a hour investigating ingredients. Now some products even contain honey and milk. (EG Clipper hot chocolate - cows milk) As far as I'm aware, the new owners are not vegan. AlternativeStores.com is a fully vegan shop you can use instead.

Edit: The clipper hot chocolate has now been removed from the website, however it remains that someone would have originally entered those ingredients when listing the product on the website. Suggesting they find it acceptable to consume it.

Absolute disgrace of a company! I invested some money on Seedrs as i believed in this company and the eco values they stood for but after reading how they treated their staff when they got bought out im utterly disgusted!!!! AND the staff were not allowed to donate any of the stock in the warehouse!!! its shocking that they can call themselves 'eco friendly' if they are prepared to waster all that food!!!! honestly im so angry but i can only write so much ...all im going to say is DO NOT order from them and teach them that being eco isnt about money!!!! Im certainly not going to order from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've always enjoyed purchasing from the Vegankind such great products great range value for money I will sadly miss The Vegankind ???thank you for many years of service to the vegan community

DO NOT BUY FROM VEGAN KIND. The little people who suppirted this start up company...that is still going have had their investment STOLEN. Im a little person who has dedicated my life to non profits and people and although Vegan Kind is still operating they stole my £1000. Please dont buy from them!

This company does not live up to my ethical standards. I used to shop here regularly, but shareholders were recently ditched without the bat of an eyelid, losing their investments which helped start tvk, yet tvk is still operating and have not contacted shareholders. Prices are now too high and no longer compete with supermarkets who offer a good range of reasonably priced vegan produce. As far as I am aware tvk is no longer run by vegans. I do not recommend this company.

One of the best online companies to shop with and the customer service is exactly how it's meant to be. Alot of other online shops could take a note from these guys they really do care about their products and customers. And also the environment. Charlotte m

The Vegan Kind rock!

After having an issue with my parcel due to DPD, Jane and Rhona couldn’t have been more helpful!

They explained the process for rectifying the problem clearly and actioned my choice extremely quickly! My problem was resolved the next working day and they included a lovely handwritten note inside for my inconvenience.

When you buy online, problems happen with couriers from time to time - it’s a relief to shop from somewhere that are on hand to help when things go amiss.

Can’t recommend enough for the great products and best in class customer service.

Always very happy with the service and my orders, however today’s delivery was exceptional.

My order had been delayed by the couriers on the hotest day on record #40c! Arrived a day late but It had been packed so well that everything was still chilled and frozen produce still frozen solid!

Excellent service once again!

I have given 4* out of 5* as I received a few damaged products. I have to say that they were polite, friendly, helpful and understanding about the issue and resolved it perfectly. The customer service was very good.

They have a very easy to use website site and a vast collection of items from food (chilled, cupboard and frozen), self care and household. I also loved that they had a discounted section for items approaching their use by and best before dates. I appreciate the fact they make an effort to reduce food waste.

The people at Vegan Kind very helpful, I had to inform them that my mother had died and I had a very quick response to let me know that her account had been disabled and all data held had been removed. A very easy company to deal with can't thank them enough for there help.

It really is such a shame, I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year but every time I have ordered in the last 6 months there have been issues with delivery. Broken items, leaking items and missing items. The company always offer vouchers but refuse to resend missing items unless I buy another large order. It’s completely frustrating and I will no longer be shopping here.

I was very excited to order a box of amazing looking vegan snacks and paid a large shipping fee to have it sent to the US but out of the 18 snacks I ordered, I only received 2 of them along with 4 items that weren't even vegan and that I never ordered. This store is not vegan and will not give you the items that you purchased.

Simply amazing company… I had some problems figuring out how to claim my vouchers and Jordan spent the better part of a few days sorting me out…. It was as if I were his only customer… alas with customer service like that and such an amazing product range, I am sure they must have so so many customers… one of the best online grocers out there! My Vegan Go To for a year now.

I have used The Vegan Kind for a year now and they are my go to for all things Vegan. Great variety, reliable quick shipping, well packed and I find their prices reasonable. Yes of course you can find cheaper prices in some supermarkets, but not the variety and convenience. I am in a rural area so using them has been so helpful! A year of ordering and I have had all great experiences and customer services.
